When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

• Name and company name
• Email address and phone number
• Ad platform usage and monthly ad spend range
• Whether you have admin access to your ad accounts
• Any additional information you provide in the message field

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, and device type
• Pages visited and time spent on site
• Referring website

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule an audit call
• Prepare for your audit by understanding your current ad setup
• Follow up if we haven't heard back from you
• Improve our website and service

4. Follow-Up Policy

If you contact us or we reach out via email, we will send a maximum of 2 follow-up emails. Every email includes a clear opt-out option. If you reply asking us to stop, we will immediately remove you from all future outreach. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

5. Ad Account Data

If you grant us viewer access to your Google Ads or Meta Ads accounts for the purpose of an audit, we will only use that access to analyze your account and prepare findings for you. We will not make any changes to your account without your explicit permission. We do not store, export, or share your ad account data with anyone. You can revoke access at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as our email provider and form processor), and only to the extent necessary. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: retained for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted
• Ad account access: revoked after the audit is complete unless we enter into an ongoing working relationship
• Email correspondence: retained for as long as the business relationship is active

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any future communication
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion.

If you are located in the European Union, your data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use SSL/TLS encryption on our website, secure email providers, and access controls to protect your data. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of your information.
